Yellow Collar Collective returns to CMJ with diverse lineups presented by Coors Banquet

Showcases to be hosted by Rock On Philly and TurnStyle Music Group

A rock-filled Thursday night starts off CMJ at Leftfield with Rawr Vanity, followed by Alex MacKinnon, With the PeopleBlacktop Daisy and Diana DeMuth to close.  Laura Cheadle, who recently shared the stage with Peter Tork of The Monkees, will be opening the night over at EXILEaboveA for Rock On Philly‘s first official CMJ showcase.  The city of brotherly love brings us a versatile lineup including Rob Tait, Jennifer Logue, Modern Colour, Mercury Radio Theater, and Ben Arsenal.

On Friday the folk blues of Owl and Wolf will be opening the night at EXILEaboveA, followed by Lantrns, Mind Over Time, and Broke Dog to end the night with garage rock.

Janna Pelle, currently #55 on NYC pop charts, has been busy recording her second album “Key Change” and Saturday night is her official album release party at Black Bear.  Punk rockers Samantha will open the night with Janna Pelle to follow.  Rock and Roll continues the night with Kings + Queens, singer/songwriter Rachel Ana Dobken, and The Falling Birds. Rounding off the showcase will be Cross Culture who brings us a fusion of hip-hop, rock, and funk.
